There has never been a better time to do some On Guard DIYing! We know that washing and sanitising our hands is a must ATM! Today I’m running you through some recipes shared on the doTERRA Instagram, with NZ sources for supplies.
Supplies:
- Rubbing Alcohol: A few options for you since it seems to be scarce. This is the best source I’ve found at the moment! You can currently get it here, here, here, here and probably at your local pharmacy.
- On Guard, Lemon and Wild Orange essential oils. If you don’t have a doTERA account already, let me help you!
- Aloe Vera Gel: Pure with less ingredients is ideal like this one.
- Vitamin E oil: get it here.
- Castile Soap: Dr Bronners is fab!
- Dry wipes: I love these Thinkwise ones!
