I am so excited to share this post today! For weeks I have been planning Aaron’s sister’s baby shower, which was so much fun and looked super pretty. When looking for inspiration for Milly’s baby shower, I found LOTS of baby blue and LOTS of baby pink. I decided to go for something a bit different and use green and gold as the main colours for the baby shower. I’ve included the games we played at the bottom of this post with free printable, so don’t scroll past!
I bought a bunch of these little milk bottles from Kmart that we used as glasses. These were a hit and looked so cute!
The Food.
I baked some rice bubble cake, a birthday cake (for the Nana-to-be), savoury pizza scrolls, and bought pretzels, and Oreos. I dipped the Oreos and pretzels in chocolate and sprinkles to make them fun!
The Games.
I decided I would share my printables for these games with you! All you have to do is subscribe to my newsletter below and you’ll get the PDF straight to your inbox. So easy! Here’s the games we played:
Guess the lollies in the bottle: I found a massive baby bottle that I filled up with lollies. Guess the right amount and you took it home.
Who is Who: To RSVP, I had guests send me a baby photo of themselves. Guessing who was who was fun and hilarious!
Kit Lit Quiz: Guests get given a line from different nursery rhymes and book. Name them and win.
Baby Charades: I had a list of baby related words and terms that teams had to act out.
Present Bingo: Guests fill in boxes with what they think the Mum-to-be will receive. Prizes go to people who get both a line and their whole box filled in first.
Celeb Baby Quiz: Guests get given a list of celebrities and have to name all their children.
P.S. It’s December. Get your trees up!
