Sometimes I end up with a few random things in my fridge that need used up. I hate wasting food so often find ways to use up all those odd ends. These banoffee biscuit cups are one of those creations!
You will need:
- one batch of biscuit dough
- a can of caramel
- 2 bananas
- whipped cream
To begin with, make up a batch of plain biscuit dough. Roll it out, cut it into circles and mould it around the bottom side of a muffin tin. Once baked, let them cool. Beat the bananas and caramel together until smooth. Pour into biscuit cups and chill in the fridge. Whip cream and pipe onto the top of the set caramel. Garnish with some grated chocolate and serve! Yummy! I can’t wait to make them again!
